Varietal Composition

Malagousia 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%

Vineyard

Mountain vineyards of Aigialeia and Kalavryta, at an altitude of 850 – 900 metres. Harvest takes place in the first ten days of September.

Winemaking

Extraction at very low temperatures for about 6 hours. Static racking after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, at low temperatures. The wine matures together with the fine lees produced by the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks for 2 months.

Flavour profile

Pale rosé colour with shades of salmon pink. On the nose, aromas of citrus and red fruits such as strawberries and other berries mingle pleasantly with herbaceous notes and mint. Lush and refreshing in the mouth, with a fruity after-taste.
